These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Review Audit (the "Service"), a tool that monitors Amazon product listings, analyzes customer reviews, and generates root-cause reports for sellers. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ASINGuard lets you track Amazon Standard Identification Numbers (ASINs), fetches and analyzes critical customer reviews for those listings using AI, and produces reports estimating return risk and recommending listing and packaging changes. Some functionality depends on an optional companion browser extension that reads Amazon pages through your own logged-in Amazon session, at your direction, to retrieve review data that would otherwise be inaccessible to an automated request.
ASINGuard is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis until cancelled. Payments are processed by our order processor and reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for all purchases made through the Service. Your purchase is subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms in addition to these Terms. See our Refund / Cancellation Policy for details on cancelling and refunds.
You agree not to use the Service to violate Amazon's Conditions of Use or any applicable law, to access data you are not authorized to access, or to interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the browser extension complies with the terms of the Amazon account you use it with.
The Service, including any AI-generated analysis, risk scores, and recommendations, is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should be independently verified before you rely on it for business decisions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ASINGuard and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
